Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the 99bb platform — including its website, games, promotional offers, customer support channels, and mobile interfaces — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 99bb platform and close your account.

99bb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 99bb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must hold only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 99bb or any of its affiliated entities.

99bb reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time during the account lifecycle to verify ongoing eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one account on 99bb. Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. All account details must be kept up to date; you are responsible for notifying 99bb promptly of any changes to your registered information such as your mobile number, email address, or residential address in Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. 99bb strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) mechanism. You agree to:

• Notify 99bb customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Never share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTP) with any third party, including 99bb staff (who will never ask for your full password).
• Accept full responsibility for all activities and transactions that occur under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, unless 99bb is found to be at fault.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

99bb supports a range of payment methods tailored for users based in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day; these limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may change from time to time.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, with any associated bonus voided. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take up to 72 hours to process, depending on your chosen payment method. We strive to ensure the fastest possible payouts for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and the rest of Bangladesh.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests require completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing.
• 99bb reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if fraud, bonus abuse, or money-laundering activity is suspected pending investigation.
• Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 99bb offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must be wagered through the specified rollover amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until all wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at any given time unless 99bb explicitly states that multiple bonuses may be combined.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

99bb reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. In cases of suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to hedging bets, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or employing automated betting strategies — 99bb may void all bonus-derived winnings and suspend the relevant accounts pending review.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99bb platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime or to facilitate unlawful transactions.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other technology designed to give an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 99bb staff or other users via any communication channel including live chat and support tickets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or software bugs to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from identified bugs are void and will be reversed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 99bb platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 99bb or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the 99bb platform without the prior written consent of 99bb. Any unauthorised use of the platform's content may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99bb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

99bb does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The platform and all content and services provided thereon are offered on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information by 99bb is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We are committed to keeping your data secure using industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls. We will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it where required to process your transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

10. Amendments to These Terms

99bb may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, our business operations, or the games and services we offer. When a material change is made, 99bb will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending an email to your registered address — but we are not obligated to provide individual notice of every update.

Your continued use of 99bb after any amended Terms are published constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. All prior versions of these Terms cease to be effective upon the publication of a new version.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. In the event of any dispute between you and 99bb, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents 99bb from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
