Whether you want to set a spending cap, take a short break, or permanently close your account, our support team is ready to assist you at any hour via our 24/7 English-language support channel.

Player Protection Tools Explained

Deposit Limits

You can set a limit on how much you deposit into your 99bb account per day, week, or month. Once a limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. To lower a limit, the change takes effect immediately. To raise a limit, there is a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period to ensure thoughtful decisions. Contact our support team at any time to set or adjust your deposit limits.

Time-Out

A time-out lets you pause your account for a set period — choose from 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or up to 6 weeks. During a time-out your account is inactive: you cannot log in, place bets, or make deposits. Your balance is preserved and withdrawals remain available. Time-outs can be activated immediately through our support channel.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a stronger, longer-term measure. You can request exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Once active, you will not be able to access your account or create a new one on 99bb. We take self-exclusion requests very seriously and process them within one business day. This tool is designed for players who believe they need sustained distance from gaming.

Account Lock

If you need to stop gaming immediately, our support team can place an instant lock on your account. This is different from a time-out — a full account lock is indefinite until you contact us to review. We will check in with you before reinstating access to make sure you are in a good place. Your funds are always safe and accessible for withdrawal even when your account is locked.

Recognising the Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to spot. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling has moved beyond entertainment and become a concern. If you recognise any of these in yourself or someone close to you, please reach out to us or a professional support service without delay.

• Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned or can afford
• Chasing losses — continuing to bet in an attempt to win back money already lost
• Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend on gaming
• Neglecting work, studies, or personal relationships because of gambling
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you try to cut down or stop gambling

Tips for Playing Safely on 99bb

Staying in control of your gaming experience is straightforward when you follow a few simple principles. These habits help you keep gaming as the fun activity it should always be.

• Set a strict budget before you start — only play with money you can afford to lose
• Use the deposit limit tool to prevent accidental overspending via bKash or Nagad
• Take regular breaks — step away after every hour of gaming to stay refreshed
• Never chase losses — accept them as the cost of entertainment, not a debt to recover
• Avoid gambling when you are feeling stressed, sad, or under pressure — play only when you are in a relaxed state of mind
• Keep family and friends informed about your gaming so there is accountability and mutual support in your household

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set a deposit limit on my 99bb account?

Contact our 24/7 support team via email at [email protected] and request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit is applied within minutes and you will receive a confirmation. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one has a 24-hour cooling-off delay.

What is self-exclusion and how long does it last?

Self-exclusion is a voluntary measure that blocks access to your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Once applied, it cannot be reversed until the minimum period expires. To request self-exclusion, email us at [email protected] with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request'.

Can I take a break without closing my account permanently?

Yes. The time-out feature lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or up to 6 weeks. Your account balance is preserved throughout. At the end of the time-out period, access is automatically restored. Contact support to activate a time-out at any time.
